Meditation Monday--The Concert

     In a nearby town, on Saturday nights there is a free concert. Last Saturday friends of mine were the main event. The whole family went--me, the Hubby, all three kids and my mom just to hear two friends of mine from high school sing. It was AWESOME!

     I don't know if it's been 20 years since I heard Michael Gabauer and Misty Town perform, but it's been awhile. They sang so many songs I love and after, I got to spend a couple of minutes catching up.
     Well, it's Monday again. It's time to take a second for yourself! So take a few deep breaths, find your inner calm--if necessary lock the kids in their closets. Enjoy!

I love this photo. It's dreamy and surreal--much like the concert. I saw people I haven't seen since high school, neighbors I see daily and all the while it reminded me of friendships that change over the years but still endure. Much love to Misty and Michael. Thank you for the wonderful songs and memories.
