Meditation Monday--The Circus is in Town

I am fascinated with circuses, with every aspect of a circus, from metaphor to reality.  It is no coincidence that I often refer to my life as a circus.  I hear the calliope playing in the background of my day.  The clowns run through my mind and house always trying to find a smaller car in which to fit, and I brandishing a bamboo cane keep it all swirling, harmoniously before and around me. 

Any who.... It's Monday. It's time to take a second for yourself! So take a few deep breaths and find your inner calm--if necessary lock the kids in their closets. Enjoy!
