Wordful Wednesday--And Doggone It, People Like Me!

       So ____________ the dog has been with us for about five days now and we've come to discover that an obese Bagel isn't as much fun as one might expect. Don't get me wrong we have fun moments. I mean the ear game never gets old.

Look Mom! I can fly!

And he does have a LOVELY singing voice.

But this poor guy is having a hard time keeping up with our "life style"--meaning the stairs.  We live in a split level which means that you have to go up or down to get anywhere.  I mean he does have some junk in the trunk....

 So we've come to a touch decision... he's got to slim down because I can't continue to haul his butt and mine up and down to those stairs it's just not healthy! So we're eating better (lite kibble in controlled portions) and exercising (doggie C25k, anyone).  He's kinda encouraged me too.  I mean I know I could stand to lose 20--ok more than that, but that's all I'm admitting to! a few pounds too.  So we're walking twice a day--it's a family affair three kids, three doggies and me and the Hubby!   And who knows maybe we'll have something to report in a few months.  I mean no one ever died from a little sweating, right? Right?!?!

 I mean we have nothing to lose....

       Don't forget I'm still taking suggestions for ____________ the dog's name.  The Mommy Household will come to a decision and announce his name on Friday.  So leave a comment or drop me an email with your best super-lazy, obese, Bagel name. Have a great Wednesday, folks.
