Meditation Monday--Butterfly Kisses and Birthday Wishes

         Today is my daughter, Myriam's birthday.  She is five years old.  Happy birthday to my beautiful baby girl.  You are a joy and a blessing and I am forever thankful for you and for your energy, your laughter and your smiles. 
        Well anyway, it's Monday. It's time to take a second for yourself! So take a few deep breaths and find your inner calm--if necessary lock the kids in their closets. Enjoy!
