Well I don't know about anyone else but I'm always a little relieved when a holiday is over. Easter isn't one of my favorite holidays, I think I have a tough time balancing the Christian Easter and the secular one. But mostly I think it's the candy. There's just way too much candy involved with all of these holidays. I've spent several days now, dealing with two "sugared up" boys (Myriam doesn't really care for candy) and the cabinets are still overflowing. Everyone just seems to go overboard.
Well anyway, it's Monday. It's time to take a second for yourself! So take a few deep breaths and find your inner calm--if necessary lock the kids in their closets. Enjoy!
