Meditation Monday--Fear Factor

I will tell you a secret, if you promise not to tell anyone.  I am afraid of birds.  The barnyard variety in particular; geese, swans, turkeys, and yes, chickens.  So what does that have to do with a picture of a chicken on my blog?  My kids love, Love, LOVE chickens!!!  Every time we visit great-grandma's house we have to go see the bauck, baucks (the sound chickens make).  I believe that the only good chicken is a fried chicken but...

It's Monday. It's time to take a second for yourself! So take a few deep breaths and find your inner calm--if necessary lock the kids in their closets. Enjoy!
