Meditation Monday--Recalling Memories

  My boys love trains. (I know all little boys and some big ones too love trains.) So we were very fortunate that there was this train engine, in the most amazing park; just a couple blocks from Great-Grandma's house in Mason City, IA. We spent the majority of our trip playing in different sections and walking around East Park. We got to see where Grandma went sledding as a child and the band shell that she performed with the band once. It was great to take my children to Mason City and let them hear the stories of where their Grandma grew up.
  Well, it's Monday again. It's time to take a second for yourself! So take a few deep breaths and find your inner calm--if necessary lock the kids in their closets. Enjoy!

I know that I said that I wouldn't do anymore Iowa posts but I found a whole
extra memory card!! So all bets are off.
