Songs That Make Us Sing: Road Trip

We're on the road headed out on a much needed mini-break. (For any of you that might think that it's dangerous to put this kind of info out on the web, you're right you should know that by the time you read this we will be back and we have an alarm system, a house sitter and nosy neighbors--our house is the safest house in the world!) We are headed to Mason City, Iowa for a multi-generational experience. Read: going to Great-grandma's house with the in-laws. That's four generations all under one roof! I know, I know. We're crazy. That's what Ginger from (Not) Just Another Mom of Twins said anyway. She also laid down the rules (they're really more like guidelines) for this hop so here we go!
  1. Give us both a follow (we're so much more than just songs...really) If you're a new follower please leave us a comment so we can check you out too! It's all about sharing the love, right?
  2. Pick A Song, any song! One that makes you wanna sing! Old-New-Country-Pop-Punk...anything goes. (Let's try to keep it family friendly if we can...LOL) If you want, tell us why the song makes you wanna SING!
  3. Add your link to the "Play List"
  4. We'd REALLY like you to copy the Linky Code (just click on "get the code") in to your post so your blogger buds can join in on the fun or link back to the both of us so they can at least "find" the party!
  5. We'd love to see the video of your song (which can easily be shared via youtube.com) but if you just wanna list your favorite song of the day, we're "cool" with that too!
  6. And don't forget to grab a button! Cause sharing is caring!
Songs That Make Us Sing

Nothing puts me in the mood to spend several days in close quarters with a bunch of people that are used to their own space, and not used to living with my three certifiable lovable kiddos like a little Social Distortion! (Did I mention that this is the Johnny Cash cover they did?)

Happy Weekend. Linky up!
