Meditation Monday--Swan, er... I Mean, Canada Lake....
It was a beautiful morning. Crisp and cool; just the way every Spring morning should be. But because I live in Kansas, twenty minutes later it was 127 degrees. Ok maybe not that hot, but it did get into the 90s that afternoon and for April that's ridiculous!
Well anyway, it's Monday. It's time to take a second for yourself! So take a few deep breaths and find your inner calm--if necessary lock the kids in their closets. Enjoy!

I know exactly what you mean here in OK....oh why oh why does the nice spring weather go so fast?!?! It goes from 50 to 90 in a matter of days. No happy medium! :)
